TLDR. One test fix, and it matters if you renamed the starter area:* labels: the labeler test shipped in v0.5.0 assumed area:ci existed, so make check went red in exactly the repositories the template tells you to rename. Found by simulating the upgrade against a downstream repository before anyone took it. Take v0.5.1, not v0.5.0.
