An example QHTCP project scans directory containing raw images, MasterPlate_ and DrugMedia_ files and EASY output. Due to GitHub filesize limitations, the archive is spread across three files and must be recombined before extraction.
# Combine individual archives
cat demo-project-scans.tar.xz.* > demo-project-scans.tar.xz
# Extract the combined archive
tar -xJf demo-project-scans.tar.xz
qhtcp-workflow will do this automatically if no scans directory is detected.
