mkdir -p ~/.ssh/sockets
Run key-gen, update permissions and provide key to IT (New Ubuntu has deprecated some key-gen flags so need to run it in the recommended way).
Create config file
When requesting access through the IT portal, you will be asked to provide resource requirements, title, duration, and an abstract for your project.
