This is the first version of APRL-GUI ready for use with hardware.

Compatible with commit 074b21c of relayControls, but should work with any commit before we transition to the Standard Engine Codes.

To use, download the appropriate version to your computer, unzip it, and open the APRL_GUIv0_1 Windows executable or Linux binary.
Ensure the microcontroller board is plugged in before you open the program.

NOTE: DO NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH ON WHILE YOU USE THIS THING (i love COM ports)
