Updates to align with Teensy code.

• X-Axis on the plots now show a time instead of using Unix time seconds
• Updated valve sequences are reflected in the valve indicators
• Fixed issue with crashes toggling valves/sequences when not connected to database (you are locked out from those panels while a serial connection is not open)
• Flush buffer on serial connection to avoid weird lags when the serial connection isn't closed properly
