MLegS version 0.1

The initial version of MLegS (v0.1) has been used primarily for academic research, and as such, the code is not yet fully cleaned up (i.e. there are some unused subroutines/functions and unnecessary commented code lines for testing purposes).

Future updates may include code cleanups and the addition of more detailed comments for developers.
