End of sprint release for accessibility, security and ORCID cleanup

This release includes a set of behind-the-scenes improvements focused on reliability, accessibility, and data quality. We improved safety checks around amenity rate selection, updated the site to better align with WCAG accessibility standards, and applied general library updates to keep the platform secure and maintainable. We also added a cleanup script for ORCID records to improve data consistency, fixed the “view all news” link for smoother navigation, and resolved callback-related issues to reduce the chance of errors in key workflows. Overall, this update makes the system more dependable, more accessible, and easier to use for everyone.
