v3.1.6: usability, accessibility, security, maintenance changes

This release includes a mix of usability, accessibility, security, and maintenance improvements. The team fixed how totals and subtotals are handled to make calculations more reliable, added a new step to project creation to better guide users, and improved sign-out behavior to properly end sessions. They also updated project dependencies and clarified the server startup instructions in the README. In addition, several accessibility (WCAG) fixes were made to the invoice page and home page, helping make the application more inclusive and easier to use.
