[DynamicDateRange]: DATERANGE shifts custom selected dates by one day

Describe the bug

DynamicDateRange returns an incorrect date range for the built-in DATERANGE option.

The calendar visually selects the correct dates, but the component's resolved dates and selected-range footer are one day earlier than the dates chosen in the calendar.

This occurs specifically with custom ranges.

1. Open the control and choose FROM/TO
2. In the calendar, select any range of dates, for example August 10 - August 20
3. See selected value August 9 - August 19 on footer
   ...

The issue is reproducible with the DynamicDateRange basic playground sample: https://ui5.github.io/webcomponents/components/main/DynamicDateRange/#basic-sample

1. Open the picker
2. Navigate to the from/to section
3. Change the location to San Francisco, Mumbai or Sao Paulo from debugger sensors
4. Select a date range between 10th and 20th

Observe that the pending value shows 9th to 19th.

If you confirm the value with the Ok button then the actual value in the dynamic date range input would also be 9th to 19th with 1 day offset.
