The SUEWS parameter database in its original Excel form, as it stood on
2025-09-19. Archived here because the database has moved to YAML and the
workbook is no longer kept in the repository.

Nothing in the data has changed. The workbook is now generated from db/*.yml
with make xlsx, and the migration is verified against this exact file: all
39636 cells across 30 sheets reproduce with zero differences, and its
fingerprint is recorded in schema/provenance.yml.

If you consume the spreadsheet — including the UMEP SUEWS Database Manager and
Prepare plugins, which ship a bundled copy — fetch it from a release rather
than from the repository tree.
