UNICORE Commandline Client (UCC) 10.1.1

UCC is a full featured client for UNICORE, it requires Java 11 or later to run.

What's new in this release?

This is a maintenance release, providing a few fixes and minor improvements.

Detailed list of changes:

  • new feature: 'job-status' can now be used to wait for a specific job status
    e.g. ucc job-status --wait-for RUNNING job_url
  • new feature: add authentication via ssh-style keys as in uftp client
  • fix: 'shell': correctly handle command help ('-h')
  • improvement: 'system-info' shows the user's available groups for core endpoints
  • fix: 'open-tunnel' failed when endpoint (gateway address) does not have explicit port
  • fix: timeouts in 'create-tss' were unrealistically short, now increased to 10s
  • fix: 'run': make sure job directory is ready before uploading local files
