  • docs(wiki): merge NamingSystem pages and add PH Patient CR use case Consolidates "Practical use of Naming System" and "NamingSystem Examples" into a single authoritative page on the use-case wiki entry. Adds: - PH Core NamingSystem registry table (PhilSys, PhilHealth, DOH identifiers) - PHCorePatient open-slicing explanation and identifier flexibility guidance - FHIR Client Registry use case addressing PhilSys/PhilHealth as staged primary identifiers, with rationale for open identifier design Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
