[FEAT-UI]: Save Storm Suite to DB from UI #572
Description
Use handlers from #568 to save selected storms to storm_suite
- add a save button to UI (next to "Next") button
- Add ability to GET all storms and populate table on load
- Add ability to POST all storms
- Add ability to PUT / UPDATE
