Big Update!

Streaming engine & performance

  • Renamed the closed-source streamer from "RustShine" to "USBridge Streamer" throughout the UI; added a 4-way license switcher (Sunshine / USBridge Streamer Free / Pro /
Enterprise) and moved to hardware-bound licensing (dropped the old Patreon entitlement).
  • Added a Sunshine-vs-USBridge-Streamer benchmark tool (bitrate/codec/host-load comparison) built into client and agent.
  • Zero-copy hardware decode pipelines: Vulkan (Windows/Linux, QSV/VAAPI/NVDEC dma-buf), Metal (macOS) with real upscaling (FSR1, bicubic, Lanczos) and HDR support.
  • HDR + 4:2:0/4:4:4 color pipeline end-to-end (agent ↔ streamer ↔ client).
  • Net Graph HUD (latency/jitter/loss overlay) ported to macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android.
  • Frame smoothing / motion concealment for stalled streams, adaptive playout jitter buffer, numerous moonlight-common-c pulls fixing DIRECT_SUBMIT jitter, IDR/FEC drops, and
    Windows audio session crashes (WSAEMSGSIZE).
  • NVIDIA encoder/power-mode controls, per-GPU settings, auto-pin nvenc when all monitors are NVIDIA.
  • Windows lock-screen capture/control (Winlogon/UAC, SendSAS); agent window-lock against remote input on Windows/macOS/Linux.

USB & peripherals

  • Full USB-passthrough (renamed from "Raw USB") stack: real libusb/WinUSB/gousb claim paths on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android; encrypted USB/IP tunnel; pure-Go AES attach client
    (dropped a closed-binary dependency).
  • Gamepad support: XInput/DirectInput + SDL mapping, Linux synthetic Xbox 360 export, host-to-pad rumble, WebHID gamepad capture for the browser client.
  • Wacom/HID tablet passthrough expanded from one model to the full family, on macOS, Windows, and via WebHID in-browser.
  • Native virtual display support (Parsec-style, cross-platform) with a management UI.

Web / browser client

  • New WASM browser build with WebRTC transport: signaling relay (for NAT'd agents), Cloudflare TURN credentials, DataChannel-based API tunneling, browser gamepad/HID passthrough
over WebRTC, clipboard sync over DataChannel, Net Graph HUD via getStats().
  • Agent gained an HTTPS listener (self-signed + shared wildcard cert) so the browser client can connect over TLS.
  • In-browser AI Vision: ported the local ui.parse OCR/detection model to onnxruntime-web.

Account, licensing & sync

  • Added account login (Google) with zero-knowledge, passphrase-encrypted connection sync between devices.
  • Branded license/tariff overlays, purchase flow fixes (silent "Buy" button failures, stuck checkout screen).

AI Vision / MCP

  • Local ui.parse (ONNX) GUI-element detection, hardware-accelerated via CoreML (macOS), DirectML (Windows), OpenVINO (Linux/Intel iGPU); live detection overlay in the video view.
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) proxy so AI agents can drive software agents, not just hardware KVMs; browser MCP bridge fetched from GitHub with SHA-pinned integrity.

UI/UX

  • Full redesign of both client and agent: Connections screen (Grid/List views), Devices dashboard, Control header/footer, Account dialog, branded error/confirm dialogs, "What's
New" deck, i18n (multiple languages including Ukrainian, ES/UK).
  • Dedicated mobile (Android/iOS) layouts: sticky IME, safe-area handling, collapsible keyboard chrome, viewport pan/zoom.

Platform fixes

  • macOS: fixed HDR black-screen, SPS/VT stalling, Metal mouse-capture polling replaced with CGO callbacks, various AppKit main-thread stutter fixes.
  • Windows: Vulkan device-loss crash fix, MSYS2/build fixes, taskkill/UAC handling around streamer auto-update.
  • Linux: virtual display polkit permissions, USB driver persistence across reboots.
