Besides bug fixes, this release adds a new function, spGetXY(), to clip XY coordinates before getting plot data.
The function returns spatial sf points (if returnxy=TRUE) or a non-spatial data frame of xy plot identifiers by state (COUNTYFIPS).
The function may be called from spGetPlot() or run independently, with intent to separate spatial and non-spatial processes.
