v0.7.6-public (10/22/24)

  • build_pytest_env_no_docker.sh now adds to user's existing R library instead of creating a new location and starting fresh
  • Updated to use pymongo 3.13.0
  • Minor changes to output_dir parameter (leave blank for true MongoDB connection)
  • Added getFCMAT1 function to pull data directly from an HTTr database and prepare it for input to httrpathway package
  • Minor improvements to functions for preparing GEO and SRA meta-data
  • Standardized parameters for specifying the host (db_host) and DB name (db_name)
  • Additional improvements to function documentation
