Open Permit Fees — cited Phoenix fee schedules
This release makes the current Open Permit Fees dataset downloadable without
installing Python or cloning the repository. It is built for permit expediters,
construction cost-estimation teams, and construction-software product teams
that need a fee figure they can trace back to the document that adopted it.

Every published fee carries its adopting source and a location a reviewer can check.
The dataset records unavailable figures as explicit states rather than filling
blanks with estimates, and it deliberately has no “typical fee” column. Tiered
fees retain the structure the jurisdiction adopted.

request within ten business days under CC BY 4.0.
