To run the whole workflow, first you need to install:

• Fiji
• GNU Octave

Fiji plugins

Macros and specific workflow steps require the following plugins to be installed:

• Correlescence >= version 0.0.7
• BigTrace >= version 0.3.9
• RegisterNDFFT >=0.0.4
• UnequalTiffsMontageConcatenate for inspection of tiff files

For the inspection of multiple generated TI

For the optional initial automatic ROIs detection at Step 0: auto ROIs generation,
we gonna need multi-template matching plugin (see the link, it also requires IJ-OpenCV update site).
