Alert system fixes: CAREFUL entries now clear with warning/all clears instead of sticking forever, and the /api/4/health rollup only counts alerts from the last 60s so ended spikes fade without a manual clear. 664 tests green, clippy clean.

Drop macOS and Windows platforms. glances-rs is now Linux-only (x86_64 + aarch64). The maintainer has no Mac/Windows hardware to test FFI on, so the macos/ and windows/ stub platform modules were deleted rather than ship misleading implementations that error at runtime. The install script refuses non-Linux hosts. cargo build on a non-Linux target fails a compile_error! assertion.
