  • Switched the default Today Token source to Codex app-server account/usage/read, using account-level daily buckets.
  • Added a plugin setting to switch Today Token back to the local rollout-based Input / Output / Cached breakdown.
  • Kept quota display as remaining percentage while reading app-server account/rateLimits/read used percentages.
  • Hardened account daily token bucket fallback so future buckets are not shown as today.
  • Updated status JSON documentation and tests for the new token source fields.
