OBS Timelapse 0.11.3

What changed

• Added a Pause / Resume control beside Stop in the OBS Controls dock.
• Pause keeps the current timelapse session and output writer open while skipping new frame samples.
• Stop and OBS shutdown still safely finalize a paused session.
