Release list
dev-mcp 0.1.1 / Fleet Tabs 0.19.6
Maintenance release of the experimental Windows MCP server and fleet.
- Add Windows setup, a loopback HTTP endpoint, core-only/full profiles, start/stop/status, live doctor, and opt-in integration with an existing autostart manifest. Uninstall preserves projects and history.
- Preserve argument boundaries in independent acceptance commands.
- Respect TickTick 429/Retry-After, report sync counts and backoff, support explicit question deadlines and existing duration tags, and retain owner edits/reopen events after project binding.
- Bind operational requests to the plan version shown. A TickTick account cannot identify the human actor; privileged execution requires separate attributable owner confirmation.
- Add Windows CI, explicit production test markers, English metadata, SECURITY.md and the missing TickTick connection helper.
- Make restart help and invalid arguments harmless.

The server archive and public history passed privacy and secret scans. SHA256SUMS accompanies the assets. Fleet Tabs remains 0.19.6, with exactly the same archive bytes as v0.1.0; existing v0.1.0 assets are unchanged.
The local clean-install lifecycle and scripted two-client task acceptance were verified. A full installation on another Windows/ChatGPT account, including a task after reboot, remains separate acceptance. Bring your own authorized tunnel/gateway, account sign-in and service manager; no operator credentials or private fleet data are included.

guide is in extension/fleet-tabs/README.md. Load the extension unpacked in
Chrome, configure your own project URL and connector, then enable it.
Host locations, production policy, task data, credentials and personal projects
are excluded. The public extension has a dedicated ID. Fresh installations start
disabled. The MCP gateway/proxy and optional model relays are separate deployments.
This is an experimental unpacked-extension release, not a Chrome Web Store listing.
The browser adapter depends on the website UI and the terms applicable to your account.

checks skipped; 161 extension tests passed. Real stdio MCP read, write and policy
refusal checks passed. The source history and both ZIP archives passed the secret
scan. The public branch starts at one sanitized root commit.
