What's New

pay_to Parameter for verify/settle/process Methods

Allows overriding the default recipient address per-call. This is needed for split-payment flows where the EIP-3009 auth.to differs from the configured recipient (e.g., paying workers directly instead of treasury).

The facilitator validates payTo == auth.to, so the SDK must allow callers to set payTo to match their signed authorization.
