• Incremental bundle updates (okf update) — SHA256 manifest tracks per-file content hashes + per-concept edge hashes. Source tree diff detects new/changed/deleted files. Only changed files are re-parsed; full re-link + edge-diff finds cascade changes; only dirty concept .md files are written. Orphan cleanup removes stale files. Manifest written last for crash safety.
