Added filtering for today's birthdays

Description:
This update introduces a new feature to filter and send birthday emails based on today's date. The script now includes a line to filter the birthdays DataFrame to only include entries that match the current month and day.

Changes:

• Added birthdays_today = birthdays[(birthdays["month"] == month) & (birthdays["day"] == day)] to filter the DataFrame for today’s birthdays.
