When drunk, You get randomly teleported at the bottom or top of the map or just some blocks away.
You are safely teleported back when the effect end
Event's duration scale with power, chance to just get teleported some block away increase with power
You can use it as the checkpoint. Drink it, go in and when about to die, drink a milk bugget to stop the effect and get teleported in safe place
