Added GitHub-based update checking through VersionHelperGit.
About dialog now shows update status below the app version:
Backup Pair Behavior
Added pair-specific options:
Ignore copy errors
Skip dialogs
Global settings now act as defaults for new backup pairs.
Each backup pair can override these behaviors individually.
Manual backup now skips the version dialog for pairs with Skip dialogs enabled.
Mixed backups are supported: only pairs without Skip dialogs appear in the version dialog.
Import / Export
Settings import/export now stays inside the custom themed UI.
The modern folder dialog was extended with filename input and file selection.
Files are now visible and selectable when importing settings.
Export filename can be viewed and edited.

Backup pair settings now expose and save:

Retention UI styling was aligned with the central theme.
Inactive retention mode dropdown is now disabled and visually greyed out.
