Fixed the errors caused by tailscale's changelog webpage which reported a new version for some platforms but not for the static platforms,

curl -skLo tailscale-setup https://github.com/UncleSam1966/tch-tailscale/releases/latest/download/tailscale-setup  && chmod +x tailscale-setup && ./tailscale-setup

No change to tch-gui-unhide-xtra.tailscale for use on Technicolor routers only. Make sure you download this in the same directory as tch-gui-unhide.
