PEARL 0.8.8

Hotfix for the Preview client-switch path.

0.8.7 restored immediate thumbnail click handling, but thumbnail clicks, direct/shared hotkeys and hotswap still used the foreground activation routine introduced in 0.8.5. On affected Windows systems that shared routine could fail to actually switch the active EVE client.

0.8.8 restores the known-good Windows activation path from 0.8.4 for all Preview switching methods while keeping the synchronous thumbnail click behavior.

No Teamwork, map, routing, crop, layout or Pathfinder behavior was intentionally changed.

No authenticated ESI scope was added, removed or changed.
