…, add `${{ }}`-required-with-`!` exception (#5609)
Two changes to the `if` property description string in
`src/schemas/json/github-action.json` (line 126), addressing issue #5215:
1. Remove trailing period from the help.github.com URL so tools that
auto-detect links do not capture the period as part of the URL.
2. Add the exception sentence about `${{ }}` being required when the
expression starts with `!`. Source: github/docs canonical reusable
at `data/reusables/actions/expression-syntax-if.md` — lightly
contextualized with a leading "However," to preserve the logical
contrast against the preceding "do not require" sentence.
No schema semantics change; no validator-behavior delta. Existing
test fixtures under `src/test/github-action/` and
`src/negative_test/github-action/` continue to exercise the
validator.
Verified:
- node ./cli.js check --schema-name=github-action.json → green
- npm run prettier:fix → only github-action.json modified
