First release of unirate-rocket — a Rocket 0.5 integration for the UniRate API.

  • UniRateFairing manages a single unirate_api::Client in Rocket state.
  • Route handlers for /rate, /convert, /currencies, /vat with full UniRate→HTTP error mapping.
  • Zero re-implemented client code — builds on the published unirate-api crate.
  • 18 mock (wiremock) + 3 doc-tests. MSRV 1.88.
