Upgrade notes

• Windows 5.x users should download and install 6.0.0 manually once.
• Windows may display a publisher warning because this build uses the UnionKey
  test certificate. Verify the installer against SHA256SUMS.txt before
  installation.
• The Android package uses a new signing certificate. Back up wallet data
  before replacing an installation signed with another certificate.
