Purpose of this PR

• Backported Fix draft reminder #5653
• Backported Bump utf to 1.1.29 #5721
• Backported Fix URP Upgrade tests #5753
• Updated the supported unity versions in the postprocessing publish pipeline

Testing status

• 🟢 Opened the PR as non-draft to check the draft reminder works
• 🟡 Running the trunk verification pipeline (as a subset of all tests) to check that the utr bump did not introduce regressions.
  --> Failures are unrelated to this PR
• 🟢 Running the URP Upgrade pipeline to see if it is now green.
