[BUG]: unity editor crashes and cannot reopen without any report when installing this package in 2020.3.47f

Steps To Reproduce

1. choose to install package from git url
2. input "com.unity.renderstreaming"
3. it starts to install
4. before the configuration appears, the editor crashed suddenly and i cannot reopen the project in the hub

The same question happens in the 2021.3. I have uninstalled the unity and install it again, but the same question happens!!! Please help me！If i don't install this package, my project could run properly.

I also have tried to download the package and import it from my disk, but the same question happens again! I am almost crazy! My classmate can install this package in the same version successfully! But i can't!

We got some crash issues from users which is caused by the graphics driver.
Unity-Technologies/com.unity.webrtc#806

Can you tell me the graphics board and driver version?

Thanks for your reply! Yesterday I doubted whether my GPU has some problems with this package. Both webrtc and renderstreaming packages cannot be installed successfully on my computer. But other packages don't have this problems!
And this is my GPU:
Intel(R) UHD Gtaphics 620
NVIDIA GeForce MX150
And I find that MX150 doesn't support nvcodec. Maybe this is the main question?

I haven't checked the "NVIDIA GeForce MX150" but unfortunately it looks chance of crash.
