chore: .gsd/ is untracked and should be gitignored

.gsd/dispatch-isolation-sentinel.json is written by the agent tooling into the repo root and shows up as untracked in every git status, which is noise on every PR and an easy accidental commit.

Add .gsd/ to .gitignore.
