## Line Breaks Are Not a Bypass

Matching used to be strictly per line, so wrapping a payload cost an attacker one
keystroke. It also happens by accident, in hard-wrapped markdown, YAML block
scalars and anything that has been through a formatter.

A second pass joins each **paragraph** — a run of consecutive non-blank lines —
and reports only matches whose span crosses a line break. Everything else was
already found by the line pass, so the two cannot disagree about the same text.

Paragraphs rather than a fixed window, because a blank line is a real boundary:

# Style guide

Files that the build produces are safe to ignore. All previous releases are
archived under `dist/`, and their instructions live alongside them.

There are three things to ignore all together: generated output, vendored
dependencies, and the lockfile.

Reviewers should ignore all previous

Read the diff before the description. If the change is large, ask for it to be
split rather than approving it on trust.
