s/assigns/approves ?
Ideally, the DWG nomination also has proposals for chair etc otherwise its hard for the DTC to be accountable for DWGs if we're doing the assigning...

I changed it but also added another line below to add flexibility to add more co-chairs ( if needed) and avoid self selection. Also modified the template to get the chair/co-chairs
Let me know it this look ok.
