Tested this on v3, where it works as expected, and on v4, where the issue occurs. I also tested the current version (v4.2.1), which includes the fix and everything works as expected.

This PR upgrades to the latest vocabulary library and uses the newly-added MediaType.MPEG to improve MP3 support in the extension registry.
