Fix dialog text and apply M3 to file menu buttons

✅ Dialog Fixes:
- Dialog button text is now WHITE in dark mode
- All dialog text is WHITE in dark mode
- Proper contrast and visibility

✅ File Menu Enhancements:
- File/folder menu buttons (⋮) use M3 onSurfaceVariant color
- Proper color for both light and dark modes
- Polished and consistent with M3 design

✅ Everything working perfectly
