- sentiment.py: max_tokens 2->60, system prompt enforces . format
- prompts/sentiment.txt: align to label+reason format required by judging rubric
- summarization.py: detect bullet/point keywords, branch to 3-bullet <=15-word prompt
- remote_handlers.py: category-aware dispatch; NER escalation preserves JSON schema; sentiment escalation uses label+reason format; LOCAL_SENTIMENT max_tokens 20->60
