Changes

• feat(init): steroids init now validates git prerequisites before creating the database:
  • Fails if the directory is not a git repository, with suggestion to run git init
  • Fails if a remote is configured but has no branches (e.g. freshly created GitHub repo that was never pushed to), with suggestion to run git push -u origin <branch>
  • Local-only repos (no remote) continue to work as before

This prevents the silent failure mode where initializing in an empty remote repo would succeed but then fail every task merge with fatal: couldn't find remote ref main.
