Fixes

Task detail — Agent sessions: Ongoing sessions now show a blue "Running" spinner badge instead of incorrectly showing "Failed". Root cause: status field was missing from the SQL SELECT so the frontend couldn't distinguish running from failed.
Task detail — Timeline header: Control buttons (Basic/Full/Live Stream/Pause/Refresh) are now on their own row below the title, so the chevron is always visible and buttons never get squished.
