• Wire unplug-tiny-v1 (HF) into the SDK: Guard.with_tiny() with auto-download, sliding-window long-text coverage, and scan_stream() / StreamScanner for incremental scanning
• Gradio demo for HF Spaces (live at Unplug-AI/unplug-tiny-demo) plus org card assets
• README overhaul (hero, quickstart, deployment modes), ASCII-only typography across public docs
• Bump to 0.2.0 and switch install docs to PyPI; publish workflow already points at the pypi environment token
