Learn about vigilant mode.

Adds Linux x86_64 desktop installers (AppImage and Debian package), alongside the Windows installers and Linux server CLI.

Server property patches now preserve existing settings, including CR-only line endings and continued lines. Download caching also handles different pack files sharing the same filename safely.

Install this app update before applying TFG 0.13.10-nstut.27, which adds TrueUUID to the client and server, refreshes the pinned custom mods, enables offline server mode, and raises the Simply Speakers upload limit to 100 MiB.

Desktop updater artifacts are signed. SHA-256 checksum files are included for the installers and server CLI.
