Describe the bug
Python scripts seem to run slower on upsilon compared to epsilon

To Reproduce
I used this script on both Epsilon 18.2.0 and Upsilon 1.0.0
Doodle_man by fime on the numworks workshop

Expected behavior
They should both run at the same speed

I tried on Omega and Upsilon and I could not see a major difference, maybe it was a little bit slower on Upsilon but still playable.
