Miles Modifications Absolute

Introducing Miles Modifications Absolute! This is an port of my S3AIR mod of the same name. I tried getting everything as accurate as I could, as I didn't follow any tutorial to know how to make this mod. No custom palette will be included. This has support for granite06's Victory Animations, but only for the Sonic 3 Victory Animations addon.
