Keep Rings between Acts

With this mod, you won't lose rings going to the next act. Your ring count also gets saved at a checkpoint, so restarting from there sets your ring counter to how it was when you hit it. If you have the Keep Shield After Zone option enabled, your ring count is also kept between zones!
1.1 - Exiting Bonus Stages now properly sets your ring count to the one you had inside them
