Bugfixes

• Normalized synchronous and asynchronous SharePoint browser URLs to their
  actual site roots, including nested /sites/ and /teams/ paths and encoded
  site names.
• Resolved browser folder-view targets, standard sharing links, semicolon path
  segments, and literal percent escapes in document-library names without
  weakening site or drive boundary checks.
• Corrected asynchronous resumable-upload filename encoding and closed site and
  drive discovery responses on success and failure.

• Added regression coverage for URL parsing, async boundary discovery, upload
  encoding, response cleanup, and boundary enforcement.
