A static-analysis engine that measures whether a change can be rolled back,
before it is merged, and gates autonomous merges on grade A.

Fail-closed by construction: an error, a panic, an unparseable file, or a
construct no rule describes all grade F. Identical input produces a
byte-identical certificate.

Usable end to end. The certificate schema and CLI flags may still change
before 1.0. No prebuilt binaries or container images are published yet —
install from source.
