Agentic Project Lifecycle v1.1.0-rc.1

This release candidate adds deterministic enforcement to the existing seven-skill lifecycle suite.

Included

Multi-platform distribution

The RC produces deterministic bundles for Agent Skills, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Kimi Code, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Factory Droid, Amp, Devin, Pi, Hermes, Antigravity and Gemini Enterprise. Each bundle carries a SHA-256 inventory of the canonical skills and the platform registry digest. Distribution compatibility is not live activation or bounded-execution evidence.

  • Stable diagnostic codes with text, JSON, and SARIF output.
  • Actual Git-diff validation through ExecutionResult.
  • Versioned policy profiles and cross-contract project audit.
  • Draft 2020-12 JSON Schemas.
  • Unified apl CLI and reusable composite GitHub Action.
  • Immutable evidence runs, tamper-evident event logs, hostile fixtures, and repeated live-evaluation harness.
  • Deterministic SPDX 2.3 SBOM, pinned security workflows, CodeQL, dependency review, Scorecard, dependency audit, mutation testing, and tag-only provenance/SBOM attestations.
  • Fail-closed transition, strict-root, source-identity, collision, and release-path handling.
  • Network-isolated verification probes the actual operating-system capability before use; an installed unshare or sandbox-exec executable is not treated as proof that isolation is available.

Promotion status

The release candidate is not promoted to stable merely because static, fixture, and publication checks pass. Stable 1.1.0 additionally requires a completed live multi-run behavioral evaluation on held-out pressure cases with explicit limitations.

Agentic Project Lifecycle v1.0.0-rc.1

This release candidate is the first public Codex plugin package of the stable Large Project Skills Suite 1.0.0.

Included

  • One lifecycle orchestrator and six specialist skills.
  • Codex plugin manifest and repository marketplace metadata.
  • English and Russian installation and usage documentation.
  • Deterministic ZIP and tar.gz release archives with SHA-256 checksums.
  • Held-out routing evaluation, executable fixture trials, pinned read-only public-repository trials, trace analysis, and instruction ablation evidence.
  • CI validation for the suite, plugin publication contract, tests, and release build.

Release-candidate scope

The behavioral suite is stable. The plugin remains an RC until installation from the tagged public marketplace and cross-environment discovery have been confirmed. No hosted service, authentication flow, or data collection is included.

Verification

Verify downloaded files against SHA256SUMS. The release also includes promotion-gate.json and a generated validation-report.md tied to the release commit.

Known limitations are documented in STABILITY_REPORT.md, VALIDATION.md, and evals/README.md.
